Illegal alien charged with molesting 13-year-old Florida girl

Early Christmas morning, deputies in Osceola County arrested Mexican national Carlos Urbano Teran-Ponce, 34, outside the home of his alleged teenaged victim.

About 4:00 a.m., the girl’s mother walked into the 13-year-old’s bedroom and caught Teran-Ponce, who tried to leave. However, the woman blocked his pickup truck with her vehicle and called 911.

The arrest report states: "Once inside, they [the deputies] found the victim … curled on the living room floor crying.”

The victim told detectives that Teran-Ponce, a friend of the girl’s mother, gave her a mixed drink with tequila before she went to bed. She also said that he had molested her at least 20 times before the Christmas Day attack.

Teran-Ponce was charged with nine counts of sexual battery on a child and 21 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.

The police report stated that Teran-Ponce who works as a window tinter "provided a full detailed confession on each count."

He faces possible life in prison.

*Reporter’s note: It should be noted that in Mexico, the crime of child molestation is almost never prosecuted, in fact if a rapist (even a child rapist) proposes marriage to his victim before a judge, all charges are usually dropped.

The reason so many Mexican nationals are committing horrendous crimes against children in this country is due in large measure to the vast cultural differences between the two countries. The fact is that the lives of little girls, and women in general are simply not valued in Mexico.

The most glaring example of the sad aforementioned fact is the age of sexual consent throughout most of Mexico is only 12 years of age!

If this nation does not soon begin to defend our border with Mexico, as well as begin mass deportations of illegal aliens, the United States will become just as inhospitable to children as is Mexico.

Open borders activist tipping off illegal aliens to raids in Maricopa County

Lydia Guzman, director of the illegal alien advocacy group known as Respect/Respeto, has been sending out text messages, alerting thousands to the criminal weeps being carried out by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Guzman, who is also a member of the ethnocentric group MALDEF, told the Associated Press that she is merely trying to protect Hispanics from racial profiling and harassment.

Guzman admitted though, that some use her warnings to avoid being caught and deported. However, she is also very proud of what she is doing.

Guzman said: "Everyone is responsible for sending it out to their own networks, and that is how it spreads like wildfire.”

In 13 recent sweeps, Sheriff Arpaio’s deputies have arrested 669 people, about half of whom proved to be illegal aliens.

Referring to Guzman‘s efforts, the man known as ‘America’s Toughest Sheriff,’ said: "This little group of people is [in favor of] open borders, and they don't like what I am doing. That is the bottom line.”

Under Sheriff Arpaio, his department has either identified in jail or arrested a total of more than 30,000 illegal aliens in and around Phoenix, AZ.

In addition, Senator John McCain will continue to be an ally in the Senate and assist the President-Elect in his efforts to craft and pass comprehensive immigration reform.

America was founded on the principle that the Government obtains its power from the consent of the governed. *Reporter’s note: Guzman’s absurd comparisons between those who invade our country, steal our jobs, and add to our already overcrowded jails and this nation’s founding fathers is not only laughable, but is indicative of the weak argument behind allowing illegal aliens to stay in the U.S.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has endured years of politicians willing to look the other way on the issue of illegal immigration, even as our children are raped and murdered. Whether it is his own Senator (John McCain), his Governor (Janet Napolitano), or the last and current presidents…Arpaio continues to do his job and enforce the law.

Arpaio has been the target of vicious, hateful attacks from many illegal alien advocates including most infamously from Isabel Garcia of Derechos Humanos, who beheaded an effigy of the sheriff at a 2008 anti-Arpaio rally outside of a Barnes and Nobles.

While many of these radicals who seem to have no loyalty to their own country, fail to ever mention, or possibly do not know, is that Joe Arpaio has lived all over the world, including Mexico during his 25 years as a DEA agent. Consequently, he has many friends in Mexico and while he may not respect the corrupt Mexican government, he does respect the people.

In fact, there are many Mexican who probably owe their lives to Arpaio, as he put himself in grave danger while working in that country.

For him, it is simply about enforcing the law, even if that means in doing so, he will be falsely branded a racist, even if it means doing so without the support of his own president!

Furthermore, Sheriff Joe has been elected five times by the good people of Maricopa County, and he obviously takes their safety very seriously. That is really all that needs to be said about the man who most Americans would love to have as their sheriff.

Falsely accused drug dealer loses appeal in shooting death of police detective

A Virginia appellate judge has just denied Ryan Frederick’s appeal to overturn his 2008 conviction for killing a Chesapeake police officer during a raid based on information they were given by a criminal informant.

The case drew national attention, and brought a great deal of criticism over the use of police informants, as well as questioning the use of no-knock warrants.

Frederick’s attorney, Eric Korslund said he would continue trying to win a new trial for his client. Korslund said: “Unfortunately, we’re not shocked by the decision by the Court of Appeals. This definitely isn’t over by any means.”

On the night of January 17, 2008, a police SWAT team surrounded Ryan Frederick´s home in Chesapeake, Va., to serve a drug warrant based on a tip from a criminal informant.

As usual, 28 year-old Ryan Frederick had gone to sleep early in order to leave the house before dawn for his job with a soda distributor. He awoke to a commotion of screams and the distinct sound of someone breaking down his front door.

Frederick´s house had been broken into a few days earlier, being a slight man of only a little over 100 pounds, Frederick feared for his safety. After the break-in, he purchased a firearm.

Understandably frightened, Frederick grabbed his gun and when he got to the front of his house, he saw a man trying to crawl through the bottom portion of his door. Terrified that the intruders had returned, he fired.

The man he shot was not an aggressive burglar, nor a drug-crazed murderer, he was Det. Jarrod Shivers. The police detective and military veteran died almost immediately. Frederick was quickly charged with first-degree murder.

As for the pot-growing operation for which police were looking, nothing was found. Only a very small amount of marijuana was discovered on the Frederick property, only enough to charge him with misdemeanor possession. Frederick admitted that he uses marijuana occasionally, but claims he has never been involved with producing or selling the drug.

Ryan Frederick has no prior history of violence, nor any criminal history whatsoever. He took care of his grandmother until her death in 2007, had a full-time job, and was engaged. In his spare time, he worked in his yard and tended to his Koi pond…Not quite the typical behavior of a drug dealer.

However, based solely on the word of a criminal informant, police obtained a warrant and stormed into Frederick’s house in the dark of night. The information turned out to be false, a police officer and father of three is dead, and a decent young man sits in prison--forever branded a cop-killer..

Frederick was eventually convicted of voluntary manslaughter and is now serving a 10-year prison sentence.

VA State Police issue alert for missing 11-year-old diabetic

On Sunday afternoon, the Virginia State Police issued a missing and endangered child alert for Alexis Cartwright who is believed to have been abducted from Cumberland Children’s Hospital in New Kent County.

Alexis is white, 5'3", 137 pounds with blue eyes and sandy brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket with the Aeropostale logo across the front and blue jeans.

The 11-year-old who is a ward of North Carolina Social Services, went missing during a visit with her father, Lemuel Cartwright, 55. Police say that Cartwright took the girl and may be headed back to Bath County, NC.

New Kent Sheriff's Lt. Chris Hamlet described Cartwright as 6-foot-7 with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be driving a blue 1993 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck with North Carolina license plate XYZ-8450.

Alexis is insulin dependent and requires medication twice daily. Police believe that she is in danger. She has been missing since 3:00 p.m. Sunday.

Anyone with information on the possible whereabouts of either Alexis or her father is urged to contact the New Kent County Sheriff's Office at (804) 966-9500 or the Virginia State Police at 1-800-822-4453. (1-800-VACHILD).

On Saturday night, Phoenix police found a dozen illegal aliens being held for ransom in a house near 51st Avenue and Encanto. Many of them showed signs of torture.

The night before, it was Phoenix firefighters who were called to the same address to put out a shed fire, where some of the kidnapping victims were being held.

Phoenix police Lieutenant John White told reporters: “Interestingly enough some of the individuals were actually kept in the rear shed last night and because of the abuse they had been suffering they actually set fire to the shed. And we got word Phoenix fire responded and put out the fire, we still have to verify that but we do have a burnt shed out there."

The men who were holding the illegal aliens captive have all been taken into custody. No word yet on the kidnappers immigration status.

In recent years, Phoenix has become the kidnapping capital of the United States.

The Mexican drug cartels and human smuggling rings are behind nearly all of the kidnappings.

A few weeks ago, the Phoenix Police Department announced that as of Dec. 1, the city had experienced 302 kidnappings for the year. That is an average of 27 abductions each month.

In 2008, there 359 kidnappings recorded in Phoenix. However, police estimate the actual numbers to be closer to three times as high as the reported figures. Many victims fail to report such crimes, out of fear from further retribution from the notoriously violent cartels.

Illegal aliens often fall victim to the human smugglers they rely on to bring them into the U.S. Once here, the smugglers will contact their families in Mexico and threaten to kill their loved one unless a ransom is paid.

Memphis judge lets self-described Muslim jihadist out on $100 bail

On Christmas Eve, Mohamed Ibrahim was arrested by police in Memphis, TN after allegedly making bomb threats in several local businesses. Witnesses told police that he told them he was a Muslim and that he was starting a jihad.

When Ibrahim was taken into custody, he had a butcher knife concealed in his coat sleeve.

Apparently, a judge was filled with the Christmas spirit and released the man who wants to start a Muslim holy war in the Music City on a mere $100 bail.

*Reporter's note: It is clear that our political leaders as well as many judges still do not understand the threat posed by the radical Muslim world. Our politicians and law enforcement officials seem to believe that the policy of appeasement will work with murderers. They are mistaken and if we do not wake them up to this fact...We will have no nation left to defend!

Two illegal aliens charged with murder in Virginia Beach (sanctuary city)

On Saturday night, Virginia Beach police arrested Jorge Alberto Fuertes Loredo, 31, and Isidor Loredo Amaya, 31, after Florentino Martinez-Melendez, 40, was shot to death in a trailer park. A second victim survived the shooting but remains in critical condition in a local hospital.

Apparently, the fatal shooting was the result of a heated argument.

Both Loredo and Amaya have been charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Both Mexican nationals are in the country illegally, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement have placed a hold on them.

Virginia Beach Commonwealth Attorney, Harvey Bryant, said that the two illegal aliens have been living in the state for quite some time.

Bryant said: "It appears that Mr. Amaya has been in Virginia for about 10 years, spending his time between Harrisburg, Virginia and here.”

A hearing for the two is scheduled for Feb. 4, 2010.

Both shooting victims were also illegal aliens.

This case demonstrates the ongoing dangers posed by the city’s large illegal immigrant population.

In April 2007, in Virginia Beach, Va., a Mexican national named Alfredo Ramos slammed into the rear of a vehicle in which Allison Kuhnhardt and Tessa Tranchant were stopped while waiting at a traffic light. Ramos, 22 was traveling at a high rate of speed and was drunk at the time (he blew a .14 BAC). The two high school students had to be cut from their crumpled car and both later died after being taken to the hospital. Ramos suffered only a busted lip.

Though an illegal alien, Alfredo Ramos had been living in Virginia Beach for quite a while and worked at local a Mexican restaurant known as Mi Casita. Ramos had been previously convicted of three separate charges of public intoxication, identity theft, and even a DUI, but continued to live in the area. He speaks only Spanish and required an interpreter at all of his court proceedings.

The girls which Ramos killed were ages 16 and 17. Tessa Tranchant's brother Dylan had only been home from Iraq for two weeks, when his sister was killed. Dylan was tasked with identifying his little sister's body. The case gained national fame thanks to the reporting of Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, who helped expose Virginia Beach as a haven for illegal aliens.

O’Reilly placed the spotlight on that city's Mayor and Police Chief and characterized the resort town as a place where drunken Mexican invaders are allowed to roam freely.

Immediately after the case was reported on the O’Reilly Factor, Virginia Beach Police Chief Jake Jacocks went on the offensive and claimed that O'Reilly was wrong in focusing on the fact that Ramos was an illegal alien. He accused the Fox News commentator of turning the girls' deaths into a "political issue."

However, local ABC affiliate WVEC showed that the police chief was at least culpable in the tragedy when they reported that "Chief Jacocks says the policy of not reporting illegals until after three DUI charges was his idea. He hoped it would let illegal immigrants feel comfortable if they were involved in an accident."

Former Mayor Obendorf told reporters: "I never want anyone to miss the fact that someone who was drunk caused the death of two innocent young women, and it had nothing to do with nationality or anyone doing anything inappropriate as far as the government is concerned."

While the leadership of Virginia Beach has never formally declared the city to be a 'sanctuary' for illegal aliens, the way the leadership of Chicago or Tucson have done, it is every bit the haven to invaders that those two cities represent. Virginia Beach is dominated by hotels, restaurants, and housing developers, all of which hire tremendous numbers of illegal aliens.

Hotel owners often declare that they could simply not operate without the influx of Mexican and Central American nationals who can frequently be seen passed out drunk on the beach during the summer. The city has also seen thousands of over-priced cookie cutter homes built in the last several years, most of which have been constructed by illegal Mexican labor.

The building boom turned local convenience and home improvement store parking lots into gathering spots for groups of often drunken Latino men. While the city is very happy raking in huge profits in increased real estate taxes, they pass precious little of that revenue on to the citizens. While having a population of 450,000 residents, Virginia Beach still relies solely on a volunteer rescue squad for medical emergencies.

*Reporter’s note: While city leaders bristled in 2007, at his accusations, Bill O'Reilly got it right. I live here and I am a daily witness to the unlawful transformation of this once beautiful city.

When I initially called the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility and asked a deputy about the immigration status of Loredo and Amaya, I was put on hold for quite a while. When the young man came back on the line, he directed me to another deputy. When I called that number with no answer, I started the process over again.

I was then told that whether or not ICE had placed a hold on the two was “privileged information” and he could not tell me. In fact, until I pressed him, he would not even tell me whether or not the Mexican nationals had been formally charged.

Despite the deputy’s insistence, the suspects’ immigration status is public information, but it was obvious he was only following orders from his superiors.

The rise in crime in Virginia Beach that can be attributed to illegal aliens is no doubt embarrassing to city officials. However, unless the city begins to take seriously the threat posed by the illegal aliens they have welcomed…They will continue to be asked uncomfortable questions as that city’s death toll rises.

Why was a Nigerian passenger allowed to spend an hour in the bathroom?

The day after a Nigerian Muslim attempted to blow up a commercial airliner near Detroit, another Nigerian man refused to comply with the flight crew on Northwest Airlines flight 253. Despite orders from attendants, the man spent more than an hour in the restroom.

Police officers and FBI agents were waiting for the plane to arrive after the pilot notified officials of the situation and that he had a "belligerent and uncooperative" passenger aboard.

Though another Nigerian, on another flight from Amsterdam to Detroit, acting strangely and spending an unusual amount of time in the restroom, just as the bomber did the day before…Authorities claim that the man was merely ill and not a terrorist.

Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Sara Kuban told reporters that he was questioned extensively "and no other suspicious behavior or materials have been found."

However, the explosive powder which was carried onto the plane on Christmas Day by accused terrorist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab also went undetected by airport screeners until he tried to detonate the tiny though powerful bomb.

It is certainly possible the official version of this incident is true.

Of course, it is also possible that the man we are being told caused a panic because he had “food poisoning,” could have simply failed when he tried to detonate his bomb in the bathroom. He could have disposed of the small amount of powder in the sink or toilet.

It would not be the first time this government has covered-up or even lied to us about acts of terrorism. We all remember Army officials initially telling us that the Fort Hood shootings were not “terror-related.”

Dismissing the threat of Islamic terrorism from the Obama administration is nothing new, nor should it come as a shock to anyone.

However, what is shocking is the reaction of the flight crew and passengers to the belligerent passenger from Nigeria.

Under questioning, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab told FBI agents that there are many more terrorists like him in Yemen, planning to blow up U.S. flights.

Furthermore, only four days before the attempted Christmas attack, an al Qaeda leader in Yemen released a tape saying: "We are carrying a bomb to hit the enemies of God."

Given these facts, and faced with another Nigerian man aboard the very same flight acting suspiciously, just a day later, the question remains…Why wasn’t this man forcibly removed from the bathroom and hogtied until the plane landed?

Apparently, under the influence of the weak leadership of Obama, combined with the oppressive air of political correctness now enveloping the country, people would literally rather die than take action even when faced with glaring clues.

In this writer’s humble opinion, when Americans are more concerned with possibly offending someone who appears at least to be a terrorist…It is not only bomb-laden radical Muslims who are suicidal, but the American people as well.
