Joseph Vick Jr., 57, was arrested on Thursday in an FBI sting which netted 22 suspected heroin dealers in Newport News, VA.

According to police, Vick sold drugs along with his girlfriend Tonnette Williams, 42, (aka “Toninester“). Police informants allegedly purchased heroin from Vick on five separate occasions.

According to an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Newport News, Vick sold to the informants on Dec. 2, Dec. 3, Dec. 11, Dec. 13, in 2008, and on Jan. 3, and Jan. 23 in 2009. All of the drug deals were "monitored and recorded using video surveillance equipment."

Most of the purchases were made at Vick’s residence on 41st Street.

The affidavit states: "(Joseph) Vick and his live-in girlfriend ... get bundles of heroin" from other drug dealers, "and Vick distributes the heroin."

Vick allegedly paid $60 per bundle, in turn, selling them for between $100 and $200 apiece.

If convicted, Vick could face up to 40 years in prison.

Joseph Vick Jr. is the brother of Michael Vick's mother, Brenda Vick, and the brother of Newport News City Councilwoman Tina Vick.
