On Thursday, ice cream truck driver, Christopher Schurr, 31 was arrested after a fight with another ice cream truck driver in Corolla, N.C.
Schurr allegedly punched Artem Vladimirovich, 20, after a traffic dispute at Whalehead Drive and Shad Street.
Schurr, is 5-foot-9 and weighs 280 pounds, while Vladimirovich, is 5-foot-7, and weighs 150 pounds. The latter was taken to the hospital and was released the same day.
Schurr is charged with simple assault and free on $500 bond.
