Portsmouth police searching for 15 suspects in drug trafficking operation

Last month, Portsmouth police cracked down on heroin and cocaine trafficking in their city, in a series of raids deemed Operation Hericaine. The investigation resulted in 241 charges against 59 individuals.

In the raids, police seized thousands of dollars worth of drugs, along with many guns and vehicles.

However, the following 15 suspects remain at large:

Tyrone L. Foust III, 34
Marcus L. Franklin, 31
Obie L. Holloway Jr., 35
Allen A. Lawrence, 37
Keon J. Lawrence, 20
Pamela Riddick, 49
James M. Sifford, 39
Robert L. Smith Jr., 41
Derek L. Springs, 27
Stephen D. White, 37
Lamorris E. Wilson, 39
Joe B. Worrell III, 39
